Play chargeback

If you purchased a flight with Play in recent months using your indó card, you have the same right to request a chargeback as you would with a VISA credit card.

To start the chargeback process, please fill out this form .

The form requires the transaction number (you can find it by clicking the transaction in the app), the transaction date, and the amount. In addition, please provide the flight date, the number of passengers, and the booking reference.

Please note that due to a high volume of inquiries, there may be some delay in processing your chargeback. We will handle your request as quickly as possible.

If you are claiming a gift card, you will need to file a claim with the bankruptcy estate.
