How indó uses cookies

What do these cookies mean?

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit.

How indó uses cookies.

indó uses cookies from third parties. Cookies from third parties are created as a result of a service that indó uses to send information to a website owned by a third party in our case (Facebook and Google). Information collected by third parties does not include sensitive personal information that allows the user to be identified (e.g. name, social security number or email address). You can disable their use in the settings if desired. Third-party cookies use pixel tags and similar technologies to collect and use certain information about the activities of users on the Internet, on websites and/or other websites or mobile programming, to analyze traffic on the website and to collect statistical information about the use of the website and the success of marketing campaigns.

Ok ok.. How do I turn these darn cookies off?

You always have a choice to accept the cookies or not. You can also always set your web browser so that the use of cookies is stopped. On third-party websites, like on Facebook, you can find more information on how to disable the use of cookies in the settings.

On a more personal note…

It is our policy to use cookies responsibly and to respect your privacy. Here you can read our privacy policy in icelandic.
